Due to the nature of the product, we can not offer any returns or refunds. However, if a product arrives broken or defective, you have 7 days from the proof of delivery given by the courier to get in touch with us, after 7 days, you will not be eligible for any replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You will be required to provide proof of any defects/breakages in the form of clear detailed pictures, descriptions and proof of purchase via email to email@example.com. We will review the information and give you a replacement if we deem that the product is not up to our code of standards. If you are approved for a replacement, then we will send you the same product or something very similar in case the product is out for stock.
If the product arrives with a very minor imperfection that you are unhappy with, then you will be required to send the product back to us for an exchange, in which case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
